Returns/Exchanges

Each Piccolo Disco item is handmade. Because of the unique nature of these items we do not offer returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully and ask questions prior to purchase. We offer a 48 hour grace period on receipt of your item to advise us of a fault. In this case we will repair or refund. We do not refund if the item has been worn. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of notification of the fault. Please contact hello@piccolodisco.com.

We want you to love your Piccolo Disco pieces. At the brands discretion we are able to offer an exchange of the item only if it is returned in it's original unworn condition within 7 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return and the cost of the new items postage. In the case of a direct exchange being unavailable we will issue a credit note to use at a later date. Please contact hello@piccolodisco.com to apply for exchange approval. 

Bespoke, made to order and items with personal alterations are made just for you. We are unable to offer a return or exchange for these special items. Please keep this in mind when ordering a bespoke garment. 

All vintage items are final sale. No returns. We take care to list the details of the size and condition of the vintage garment. We will endeavour to categorise the condition of the garment into Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good and Well Loved. Please see all pictures and read our description. By purchasing vintage/second hand items you accept that the items condition is second hand, previously worn or has some signs of wear. We choose fun, conversational vintage items with life left in them.
