Our Daltrey velvet wrap top in Glitter Star II is a one of a kind original garment handmade in glitter stretch velvet fabric. The top has 3/4 sleeves, is designed to be wrapped around the body and tied at the back. It has a black velvet back contrasting to the statement glitter front and arms.
